HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?


If you have decided to return an item, then please contact us. We will advise you on how to repackage the item and will arrange a Parcelforce collection. Simply hand over the package to the Parcelforce driver upon collection.




WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?


Once we have received the return we will initiate the refund process within 1 working day. Payment made via Debit/Credit card could take up to 3 working days. PayPal payments could take up to 2 working days.




WHAT ARE YOUR POSTAGE COSTS?


We offer free 24Hrs Express postage to all customers within UK. We also offer free collections for all returns. £20 international postage cost for all EU countries.

If you are experiencing issues with your Mac please contact us and we will assign an IT engineer to assist you remotely. If the fault cannot be resolved remotely we will have to arrange a collection so that it can be resolved at our workshop. We will provide updates throughout the resolution process.

We offer unlimited software warranty which fully insures the installed software.

The warranty will cover Hard drive failures, file corruptions and systems crashes. We will assist you in getting all the software back functioning properly.

Unlimited software re-installation service throughout the life time of the Mac.

Yes, we have registered the software with Adobe using the mac’s serial number so if you own the mac with the serial number you own the registered software. We will include an certificate list of all the activated Adobe serial numbers.




WILL THE SOFTWARE LICENCE(S)  EVER EXPIRE?


The software are fully activated and registered so they will be active indefinitely.

We offer unlimited software warranty ensuring the loss of the installed software.


Free unlimited re-installation service throughout the life time of the Mac.




CAN I TRANSFER THE SOFTWARE LICENCE(S) TO MY NEW MAC?


Unfortunately no as the software licence is registered using the mac’s serial number.
